    This article is extremely relevant to multiples, but in a 2d sense. Artist Shepard Fairey used his talents to make a political poster for the Obama Campaign. He then mass produced it and used it as political propaganda. After the image recieved positive feedback he began making multiple copies and versions of it that he marketed to the public. This goes back to the ‘bread and butter” idea we discussed in class, as he can use the money from the prints to fund larger projects in the future.
